We’re looking for an Event & Seminar Executive who’s not just organized and detail-oriented, but also truly passionate about creating unforgettable experiences . If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities * Plan & Organize Events Help bring to life everything from seminars and conferences to exhibitions. Handle all the behind-the-scenes magic: venue booking, vendor coordination, travel, permissions, tech setups , and more. Work closely with our sales, branding, and product teams to make sure every event hits the mark. * Spread the Word Create and run marketing campaigns to get people excited about our events. Work with designers and content folks to make banners, brochures, invites, and some cool giveaways . * Be the Go-To Person Talk to vendors, manage contracts, and make sure everything stays on budget. Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners. * Own the Event Day Be on-site to make sure everything goes smoothly—from setup and registration to attendee experience . Make sure branding looks great and the vibe is on point. Reflect & Improve After the event, track attendance, engagement, leads —and what we can do even better next time. Collect feedback and share the wins (and learnings) with the team. Must Have 2–5 years in event planning, marketing, or a related field Great communication and coordination skills Someone who can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat Comfortable with MS Office (and any event tools is a plus!)
