Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Odoo CRM Experienced) Location: Ahmedabad Company: Earthen Textures Private Limited Industry: Wall Textures & Decorative Finishes Experience: 2–5 Years CTC: As per industry standards We are looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator with hands-on experience in Odoo CRM to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day activities of 20+ field marketing executives. Assign, monitor, and follow up on customer visits and lead progress using Odoo CRM. Ensure timely data entry, lead allocation, and status updates in CRM. Track sales pipeline, visit reports, and quotation submissions via CRM dashboards. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and highlight gaps. Ensure no lead duplication, territory overlap, or quotation conflicts. Support marketing executives with pitch materials, customer queries, and task reminders. Requirements: Proven experience in using Odoo CRM (minimum 1 year). Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and business communication. Ability to handle a fast-paced marketing environment.
