Field Sales Officer

SALARY GUIDELINE:

• Fixed Salary to be Rs. 15,000 / Month
• Incentive per unit sold above monthly target
• Easily achievable monthly target

JOB PROFILE

• Your duties shall consist of canvassing, procuring and effecting sales of the Textures and any new products manufactured and marketed by the Company. You shall be required to undertake tours for canvassing and procuring orders; collection of sales proceeds.

• You will be responsible for achieving sales targets & performance of the company & for ensuring growth of the company.

• You will regularly visit and contact the prominent architects/civil engineers/building contractors/painting contractors/paint dealers/consultants etc., and other specifiers who undertake building Designing/construction/restoration/repairing works etc, meet office bearers of housing federation/housing societies/bungalows/house owners in your area for selling Earthen Textures products. You will also visit dealers for sales/delivery and collection.

• You shall keep yourself abreast with the textures, paints and allied products marketed by Company’s competitors and diligently collect information about their marketing strategies, product leaflets, price lists, discount policy and schemes announced form time to time and report the same to your immediate superiors.

• You will have to effectively co-ordinate the requirement of different types of paints, textures/products and ensure timely delivery to customer by keeping in touch with factory.

• You will ensure proper collection of sales proceeds by way of A/c payee cheques /Drafts/RTGS/NEFT only and maintain and update record of orders booked, sales effected amount collected, schemes applicable, etc, and achievement against your target. You will monitor raising of invoices/bills for supply against order booked by you, and ensure raising of the same immediately after supply at the rates as per price lists in force with applicable discounts according to Company’s policy and schemes announced from time.
