Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves online lead follow-up, coordination with customers for IML orders and dispatches, and online lead generation for new business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively between internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Online Lead Management & Customer Follow-up: Track and follow up with online leads from online platforms, the company website, and other digital sources. Maintain a daily lead tracker and ensure timely communication with potential customers. Share product details, quotations, and company profiles to convert enquiries into orders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and consistent follow-up. 2. IML Order & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with customers for IML artwork approval, Sample Container, order confirmation, and dispatch planning . Liaise with the production, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Handle order updates, dispatch intimation, and customer feedback efficiently. Maintain accurate order and communication records for smooth process flow. 3. New Business Generation & Marketing Support: Identify and reach out to new potential customers and industries through online research and networking. Support digital marketing activities to improve visibility and generate leads. Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and marketing performance summaries . Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities . Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Hands-on experience with online lead portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software preferred. Positive attitude, result-oriented approach, and ability to multitask. Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing or packaging company).
