Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves online lead follow-up, coordination with customers for IML orders and dispatches, and online lead generation for new business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Lead Management & Customer Follow-up:

• Track and follow up with online leads from online platforms, the company website, and other digital sources.
• Maintain a daily lead tracker and ensure timely communication with potential customers.
• Share product details, quotations, and company profiles to convert enquiries into orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and consistent follow-up.

2. IML Order & Dispatch Coordination:

• Coordinate with customers for IML artwork approval, Sample Container, order confirmation, and dispatch planning.
• Liaise with the production, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle order updates, dispatch intimation, and customer feedback efficiently.
• Maintain accurate order and communication records for smooth process flow.

3. New Business Generation & Marketing Support:

• Identify and reach out to new potential customers and industries through online research and networking.
• Support digital marketing activities to improve visibility and generate leads.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and marketing performance summaries.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with online lead portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software preferred.
• Positive attitude, result-oriented approach, and ability to multitask.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing or packaging company).
• Freshers with excellent communication and strong interest in marketing may also apply.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and capability), Negotiable for Potential candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,499.49 - ₹26,351.21 per month
