We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join our IHL (Institute of Higher Learning) Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about B2B go-to-market execution and higher-ed operations. You will work directly with the founder to support the end-to-end onboarding of our first set of university partners and their sourcing agents.

Responsibilities

Research and identify suitable universities (IHLs) and their admissions leadership to reach out to.
Craft clear, thoughtful outreach emails and LinkedIn InMails to initiate conversations.
Maintain an organised CRM (Google Sheets / Airtable / HubSpot) with outreach pipeline, status updates, and call notes.
Coordinate demo calls between the founder and university stakeholders, ensuring pre- and post-meeting follow-ups.
Build onboarding guides and SOPs for student-sourcing agents.
Collaborate on refining the OpenGrads deck, landing page copy, and one-pager collaterals.
Track key GTM metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rates, demo-to-sign rate, and agent activation.
Support webinar and pilot onboarding logistics when required.

Requirements

Excellent written communication skills and ability to write structured, persuasive outreach.
Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, email sequencing tools, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple conversations and deadlines.
Professional presence and customer empathy when interacting with senior stakeholders.
Ownership mindset and hunger to build from scratch.
