We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our team of digital marketers to support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will assist with research, strategy development, content creation, and campaign optimization to ensure that our clients' marketing goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ideation, planning and execution for clients social media

* Develop content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

* Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and email deployment.

* Support the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.

* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance our digital marketing offerings.

* Own the social media strategy which includes content creation, ORM, & monthly calendars

* Develop and launch paid social media campaigns for all owned brands. Build media strategy and share learnings on a regular basis to make sure we are consistently improving. Responsibilities include campaign testing and learning sharing, reporting, etc.

* Manage creative, media & influencers to plan and execute campaigns.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

* 3 years above of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably in an agency setting.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

* Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, including Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

*Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
