Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
• Strategise and create remarketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to re-engage prospective customers.
• Execute, strategise, and coordinate brand partnerships and collaborations to increase brand reach and visibility.
• Writing and strategising blog content (including SEO considerations) to drive organic traffic and thought leadership.
• Develop and write strategic LinkedIn posts and other professional platform content to enhance brand credibility.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics.
• Support e-commerce marketing activities (Amazon, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).
• Assist in offline marketing events, PR initiatives, and collaborations.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or content coordination.
• Proven writing ability for business-related content (blogs, professional posts).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
• Creative thinker with good analytical and organizational skills.
