From content and visuals to research and collateral, youll drive the work that drives our brand.If youre equal parts creative thinker and action taker, this role is your launchpad.What Youll DoEnd-to-End Campaign ExecutionPlan and execute multi-touch B2B campaigns across web, email, and social.Coordinate timelines, tasks, and cross-functional inputs from idea to launch.Ensure alignment with product, sales, and brand priorities.Content Creation & StrategyWrite compelling, brand-aligned content for blogs, case studies, emails, landing pages, and social posts.Maintain a consistent voice across all channels and assets.Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversions.Visual CoordinationOversee the creation of campaign assets, work with designers, or use tools like Canva/Figma to ensure visual quality.Marketing and Audience ResearchConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Track B2B trends and Gen AI evolutionAnalytics & OptimizationUtilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performanceProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.CollaborationWork closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to deeply understand our solutions and communicate their value.Be a sounding board for creative ideas and contribute to campaigns beyond content creation.What Makes You Our Ideal CandidateBachelors/Masters degree in marketing, business, or related field.2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, preferably in a technology or AI-related industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRMS, email automation, social media management tools, etc).Understands and is enthusiastically active on platforms like Quora, Medium, ProductHunt, Reddit, HARO, and Other communities etc.Strong writing and editing skills for content creation across various digital channelsThe ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools is a plus.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trendsExperience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvementFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies.Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.Proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry best practices.Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing responsibilities.Should be proactive and not be afraid to share and act on their ideas.What Youll GetImpact at Scale: Your content will directly influence how top enterprises see and engage with our brand.Freedom to Innovate: Experiment, fail, and succeedwe trust you to try new things and bring bold ideas to life.Startup Thrills: The fast-paced, high-adrenaline world of a startup where no two days are the same.Learning Opportunities: Surround yourself with AI visionaries and tech leaders working on groundbreaking innovations.If you're excited to work at the intersection of creativity, tech, and businessand you're ready to take ownership of campaigns that shape the futurewe'd love to hear from you.
