Job Title: Marketing & Growth Lead

Role Overview

As Marketing & Growth Lead, you will drive Ferrywell Brands’ marketing, branding, sales, and e-commerce strategy to accelerate growth across D2C, marketplaces, social media, and offline retail. This role blends creative storytelling with performance-driven execution, ensuring our products achieve maximum visibility, engagement, and revenue growth. You will shape brand perception, deliver high-converting campaigns, and lead the expansion of our sales channels while maintaining a premium and consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital, offline, influencer, and retail formats.
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across social media, packaging, retail, and PR.
  • Lead creative campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, category insights, and competitor activity to refine brand positioning.

2. Digital, Social Media & E-commerce

  • Manage Ferrywell’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
  • Use AI-driven tools for content creation, scheduling, and campaign optimization.
  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Drive performance marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate, retargeting) to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize D2C website and marketplace listings for discoverability, CTR, and conversion rates.

3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Deliver revenue growth across D2C, marketplaces, B2B, and offline retail channels.
  • Negotiate with distributors, retail buyers, and partners to secure business opportunities.
  • Implement trade marketing, POS activations, and in-store campaigns to boost sell-through rates.
  • Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and product-wise sales performance.

4. Community Engagement & Influencer Marketing

  • Build and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs to drive awareness and trust.
  • Engage actively with customers through DMs, comments, reviews, and brand mentions.
  • Plan cross-promotional campaigns with retail, D2C, and affiliate partners.

5. Packaging & Brand Experience

  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and market appeal.
  • Ensure packaging reflects sustainability, innovation, and premium quality in unboxing experiences.

6. Analytics & Optimization

  • Use analytics tools to monitor marketing, sales, and e-commerce performance.
  • Apply social listening and sentiment analysis to inform brand decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and scale high-performing channels.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Brand Management — preferably in FMCG, D2C, or consumer tech/healthcare.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading marketing and sales efforts with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer behaviour, influencer ecosystems, and B2B/B2C funnels.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM/ERP (Zoho, Hubspot), and design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma).
  • Strong eye for design and experience working with creative assets.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and social analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written communication, meme fluency, and brand voice sensibility.
  • Passion for both performance marketing and aesthetics.
  • Bonus: Experience in packaging design review or D2C/unboxing brand campaigns.
