Packhouses

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Narrative Development
Define the Core Narrative:
Develop a compelling and cohesive brand narrative
that clearly explains the core of our business model-the farm-to-customer journey-and articulates our relevance and competitive advantage in the Indian market.Brand Identity Management:
Oversee and maintain all aspects of the brand identity, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual style across all touchpoints (digital, print, in-house).
Internal Communications
Employee Engagement:
Design and execute communication strategies that inform, engage, and motivate employees
. This includes newsletters, internal announcements, town hall presentations, and promoting our company culture and values.Packhouse and Operations:
Develop clear, visually engaging communication items (posters, simple training guides, internal videos) for operations staff and the Packhouse environment to reinforce quality standards, safety protocols, and company mission.
External Communications & Stakeholder Management
Farmer & Vendor Relations:
Create communication materials (e.g., brochures, digital updates) that clearly explain our procurement process, quality expectations, and the value we bring to farmers
and vendors
.Customer Engagement:
Develop persuasive communication for B2B customers (general trade, modern trade
) highlighting our quality assurance, supply chain efficiency, and product range.Investor Relations:
Work with leadership to develop presentations, reports, and digital content that articulates our growth story, market traction, and long-term vision for investors
and potential partners
.Recruitment/Talent Branding:
Develop a strong employer brand narrative and create content to attract high-caliber potential employees
.
Content Creation and Design
Creative Assets:
Hands-on development of communication assets, including presentations, infographics, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and marketing collateral.Writing & Editing:
Write, edit, and proofread all internal and external content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.Digital Skills:
Utilize digital design tools
(e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality, visually appealing communication pieces rapidly and independently.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field.Experience:
1-5 years of proven experience in a communications, branding, or marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced start-up
environment or a related industry (FMCG, Agritech, Supply Chain).Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
.Creative and Technical:
Proficiency in at least one or more digital design tools
(e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) for creating professional-quality content independently.Strategic Thinking:
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business operations (like supply chain and grading) into simple, compelling narratives.
Desired
- Experience in the
food, fresh produce, or agriculture sector
is a significant plus.
