The company works directly with farms and engages with growers well in advance of harvest to maintain high-quality standards. Allfresh's post-harvest management includes waxing, grading, packing, labeling, controlled atmosphere or cold storage, and refrigerated transportation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Nagpur Rural. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, including procurement, post-harvest management activities, quality control, and coordination with growers and suppliers. The role involves ensuring the quality of produce, managing storage and transportation logistics, and maintaining compliance with customer requirements. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for team supervision and reporting on operational performance. Qualifications Experience in procurement and supply chain management Knowledge of post-harvest management activities such as waxing, grading, packing, labeling, storage, and transportation Strong organizational and quality control skills Team management and leadership abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills A degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in the agriculture or food industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
