Role Overview

The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between Tussle Digital and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient task allocation, and timely project delivery. This role demands a proactive professional who can manage multiple accounts, coordinate internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.

  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Project & Task Management

  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, website projects, and marketing initiatives.

  • Allocate tasks across internal teams (design, content, development, performance marketing) using tools like Asana, Planner, and Power Automate.
  • Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative, technical, and operations teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Implement process checklists for design, development, and QA as per Tussle Digital’s SOPs.
  • Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs for client campaigns and prepare detailed performance reports.

  • Recommend optimisations based on data insights and industry trends.
  • Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in workflows and suggest automation or process enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client confidentiality standards.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management within a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, paid ads).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
