We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our business processes run smoothly and efficiently while supporting our teams in delivering exceptional results. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities Process Management: Streamline and monitor daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity across departments. Project Execution: Ensure all posts are delivered on time, quality standards are met, and positioning is consistent with brand guidelines. Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks. Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Vendor & Client Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and clients to maintain smooth operational flow. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps, and implement solutions for continuous improvement. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare detailed operational reports for management review. Problem Solving: Anticipate operational issues and resolve them proactively with effective strategies. Qualifications Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operational leadership role. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams. Ability to ensure creative outputs (posts, campaigns, and deliverables) align with strategic goals. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
