Digital Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication across 

    paid ads, content, social media, and website projects

  • Oversee timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Join client calls during 

    US time zones (EST or PST overlap required)

  • Review and quality-check all deliverables before sending to clients
  • Identify risks early and solve problems quickly


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a 

    marketing agency, advertising, or client services role

  • Strong knowledge of at least two areas: 

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, content production, social media strategy, WordPress/Webflow

  • Comfortable working with 

    US clients

     and attending late-evening calls if needed
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and committed to client satisfaction
  • Fast learner with strong organizational and communication skills
