Magma is a white-label marketing and web execution partner. We work with agencies and brands across the US, UK, and Australia on paid media, content, social media, and web development.

We’re hiring an Account Manager who can move fast, handle pressure, and take full ownership across multiple projects. This isn’t a cushy 9-to-5. We’re looking for someone with a hustle mindset — sharp, proactive, and willing to work hard to deliver for clients.

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients across paid ads, content, social media, and website builds
• Coordinate timelines, track progress, and hold internal teams accountable
• Join client calls and internal huddles during US hours (including late evenings if needed)
• Review deliverables before they’re sent — no typos, no sloppiness
• Anticipate problems before they occur and jump in to fix them

• 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or client-facing role
• Comfortable working US hours consistently (EST or PST overlap)
• Deep familiarity with at least two of the following: Google/Meta ads, content production, social media strategy, WordPress/Webflow builds
• Fast thinking, fast doing — you don’t wait to be told
• Obsessive about detail, deadlines, and client satisfaction
