About the Role


Marketing Account Manager

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understanding their goals, managing expectations with also ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee multiple internal teams

    (creative, performance, content, and design) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Take full ownership of client projects from strategy to delivery ensuring quality, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate communication with

    international clients (US/UK)

    , ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and high satisfaction.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling marketing solutions.
  • Maintain strong long-term client relationships and ensure consistent quality in all deliverables.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or marketing project management (preferably in an agency setup).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, paid media, SEO, email, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proven ability to

    lead cross-functional teams

    and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience interacting with

    international clients (preferably US/UK)

  • Analytical mindset with comfort in handling marketing metrics and performance data.
