Who you’ll work with -

You will be part of the Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Strategy, and Insights teams. This role is important for ensuring our market positioning, product development, campaigns and growth strategies are grounded in strong research and data-driven insights.

Your impact -

As a Marketing Executive, you will be a key contributor in driving business decisions through rigorous market analysis and reporting. Your work will inform product strategy, competitive positioning, channel planning, and marketing campaigns. You will help make our marketing more effective, timely and aligned with what customers and the market want.

Key responsibilities -

· Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer segments, buyer behavior, competitive landscape, industry trends, market opportunities and threats.

· Design, collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data (surveys, focus groups, secondary research, etc.) into actionable insights.

· Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on market dynamics, competitor moves, consumer feedback, product performance, campaign results etc.

· Present findings via dashboards, slide decks and executive summaries to senior management, making recommendations for strategy, product improvements, improvements to marketing and sales approaches.

· Support product development with user / market feedback loops; translate research into feature suggestions, positioning, pricing, messaging.

· Monitor KPIs, performance metrics for marketing campaigns, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention; report on what is working and what needs optimization.

· Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns (online, offline), ensuring alignment with research findings.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; propose new research methodologies or tools.

· Coordinate with external vendors or agencies (research firms, data providers) as needed.

What you will need (Minimum qualifications) -

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in marketing, market research, business intelligence, or similar roles.

· Strong analytical skills, comfort with numbers, data, interpreting results, statistical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, or others).

· Solid written and verbal communication skills; experience in preparing reports, presentations for senior stakeholders.

· Attention to detail, ability to structure information clearly, make actionable recommendations.

· Familiarity with digital marketing channels, campaign metrics, customer acquisition funnel.

Preferred qualifications -

· Master’s degree or specialized training in market research / analytics.

· Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

· Exposure to customer segmentation, pricing research, or UX research.

· Experience working in a matrixed organization.

· Ability to manage multiple research/reporting projects concurrently, with tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
