Job Description

A Lead Research Associate to join the Inside RolesTeam. It will be responsible for cleaning and validating lead data, ensuring accuracy in contact details (phone, email), revenue, and other key attributes. Additionally, this role involves launching marketing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining an up-to-date lead database to support Inside Sales efforts.This is a critical role in ensuring high-quality leads for the Inside Sales team, contributing directly to pipeline growth and sales success. Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 days in office) ⏰ Shift: US Shift (Night) 📅 Experience: 1-3 years **Role Overview:** As a Lead Research Associate, your responsibilities include guaranteeing lead data accuracy, initiating targeted marketing campaigns, and providing high-quality leads support to the Inside Sales team. Your efforts will directly enhance sales success by optimizing lead generation strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** ✅ Lead Data Management & Validation - Research/Market research for Lead Data(Linkedin, sales navigator, zoominfo etc)- Clean and validate lead data (phone, email, revenue, etc.) - Enhance lead profiles using various tools - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations - Segment leads for targeted campaigns ✅ Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking - Execute and oversee email/calling campaigns - Monitor email deliverability and campaign responses - Enhance outreach strategies for improved conversions ✅ Reporting & Analytics - Update and maintain the lead database - Produce reports on lead generation and campaign metrics - Analyze lead conversion patterns and offer insights ✅ Collaboration & Process Improvement - Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to boost lead quality - Provide input on sourcing strategies and workflow enhancements **Key Qualifications & Skills:** 🔹 1-3 years experience in lead research, data validation, or sales operations 🔹 Proficient in lead enrichment/data collection tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.) 🔹 Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) 🔹 Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data cleaning and reporting 🔹 Strong analytical skills.
