Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns, and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater demand for the company's products and services. 

 

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with the hotel’s business goals.
  • Maintain and enhance the hotel’s brand identity across all channels to ensure consistent, luxury-standard communication.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting to optimize marketing performance.


Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, SEO/SEM activities, and online campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across all platforms.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to drive continuous digital improvement.


Communications & Public Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for media relations, press releases, and public events.
  • Build relationships with local and international media, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots to support promotional campaigns.


Guest Engagement & Brand Activations

  • Collaborate with operations, F&B, spa, and events teams to promote on-site activities and special offers.
  • Plan and execute high-impact brand activations, seasonal campaigns, and hotel events.
  • Ensure a seamless guest communication journey before, during, and after their stay.


Content Development

  • Produce compelling content including newsletters, brochures, menus, advertisements, and storytelling assets.
  • Oversee creative design processes with internal teams and external agencies.


Reputation & Feedback Management

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on key platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTAs).
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest sentiment and online reputation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand coherence.
  • Experience working with agencies, media partners, and cross-functional teams.
