HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.Manage and update candidate data using

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

(e.g., Naukri RMS, Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.Support HR in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.Assist in payroll inputs, leave & attendance management, and employee queries.Prepare HR-related reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.Facilitate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.Act as a point of contact between HR, management, and employees for coordination and communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in

HR coordination/recruitment support

.Hands-on knowledge of

ATS tools

and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.Experience in handling HR operations, payroll coordination, or employee engagement activities.
