We are seeking two detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our team and support a key client initiative built on the Microsoft technology stack. This is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while ensuring the delivery of quality, reliable applications. WHAT YOU GET TO DO : Review and analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test cases. Design, document, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint cycles to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Validate front-end and back-end components, including UI elements, workflows, and database interactions. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide timely feedback and recommendations based on test results and quality metrics. Ensure test coverage aligns with project timelines and delivery milestones. WHAT YOU BRING : 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. Experience testing applications built on Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure, SQL Server). Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test case and defect management. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice to Have: Experience testing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate). Exposure to test automation frameworks is a plus but not required. Background in performance or API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter) is a bonus.
