Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated freshers to join our QA team as Manual Software Testers. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the ERP applications built using Axpert. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in software testing and grow in a product-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand software requirements and functional specifications.
• Create, update, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of web-based ERP applications built on Axpert.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
• Work closely with the development and implementation teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Ensure the final product meets client expectations and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case design, and defect reporting.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to analyze and think from a user’s perspective.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, patience, and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have (Good to Learn After Joining)

• Basic exposure to any ERP systems or business applications.
• Awareness of any bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
