Job Description

Role & responsibilities

E-Procurement & Tendering Knowledge
Experience in handling online tender platforms (especially
GeM
, CPPP, eProcure, etc.)
Familiarity with
bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up
Knowledge of
L1/L2 pricing, reverse auctions, and BOQ handling
GeM Portal Experience
Creating and managing product/service listings
Knowledge of order placement, invoice uploading, catalog management, bid participation
Handling of issues related to GeM terms, delivery timelines, or compliance
Documentation and Compliance
Ability to manage tender documents, EMDs, BGs, technical and financial bids
Understanding of
government procurement rules (GFR, MSME policies, etc.)
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination
Liaising with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing, approvals, and support
Communication with government departments and PSUs
IT & Tools Proficiency
MS Office: Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint
PDF editing, document conversion tools
Internet browsing, email communication

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in:

Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
Engineering (for technical procurement roles)
Any graduate with relevant experience

MBA / PGDM (preferred, not mandatory)
