Job Description

"An established and respected business group is looking for a dynamic Corporate Finance Controller (Non-Telecom) to join their team in Delhi (Vasant Vihar). This role will be pivotal in driving internal assurance, corporate finance strategy, and key initiatives at the Group level, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
Location: Delhi (Vasant Vihar)CTC: - 35-40 LPA
  • Level: Manager / Sr. Manager
Function: Corporate Finance & Key Initiatives
Reports to: Head - Corporate FinanceKey Responsibilities -
  • Internal Assurance
  • Drive audits, risk management, and governance processes across group entities.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage audit reviews (financial, operational, compliance) and report findings to leadership.
  • Corporate Finance
  • Lead financial reviews, governance, and reporting for Group companies.
  • Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis and benchmarking.
  • Engage with external investors on financial and operational performance.
  • Prepare long-range plans, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and project evaluations.
  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Support M&A transactions, internal restructurings, and strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Strategy & BD teams on new ventures (domestic & international).
  • Provide insights on industry trends, business models, and performance improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong expertise in internal assurance, risk & governance across industries like banking, insurance, real estate, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of audit processes (IT, operational, compliance, financial).
  • Business & commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication & leadership skills."
