Manager/Senior Manager - Bid Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the bid management process, including handling RFX deliverables, preparing and presenting deal briefs, collaborating with solution teams, and ensuring timely delivery of qualitative solutions. Additionally, you will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders, set up share point and cadence meetings, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction index (CSI), and manage client visits end to end. Key Responsibilities: - Bid Management of complete RFX deliverables - Prepare & present Deal Brief - Get SPOCs aligned specific to the scope - Collaborate with solution teams for qualitative solutions within timelines - Align leadership review of solution & commercials - Set up share point, cadence meetings - Capture & circulate MOM - Create custom templates - Maintain high levels of CSI - Manage and execute client visits end to end - Flexibility to work in any shift as per client requirements Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Bid Management - Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in Business Process Services - Strong understanding of functions like F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, CX - Familiarity with various industry verticals and their core businesses - Strong MS Word & PowerPoint skills - Excellent communication skills, business acumen, result orientation, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills - Customer orientation (Note: Additional details about the company are not provided in the job description.),
