Workforce Planning Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Management (30%)

  • Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling activities.
  • Act as POC for WFM tools and invoice projections.
  • Oversee ID management and workflow alignment.

Reporting & Analytics (20%)

  • Handle invoicing, ad-hoc reports, and dashboard/template creation.
  • Share performance insights with operations and leadership teams.

Process Improvement (30%)

  • Optimize and automate existing processes.
  • Design and implement new processes for efficiency.
  • Enhance resource utilization strategies.

People Management (20%)

  • Schedule and roster team shifts across time zones.
  • Conduct mentoring, KPI reviews, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor team performance and engagement.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, etc.)
  • 5+ years of WFM experience in the BPO industry.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and rostering.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of SLA adherence, invoice handling, and workforce tools.
