About The Organization Gradiant is a Different Kind of Water Company With a full suite of differentiated and proprietary end-to-end solutions for advanced water and wastewater treatment powered by the top minds in water, the company serves its clientsmission-critical operations in the worlds essential industries, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, lithium and critical minerals, and renewable energy Gradiants innovative solutions reduce water used and wastewater discharged, reclaim valuable resources, and renew wastewater into freshwater The Boston-headquartered company was founded at MIT and has over 1,400 employees worldwide Discover us at gradiant, Job Title: Manager-Treasury Job Location : Chennai Key Responsibilities Funding & Capital Strategy Structure and negotiate project financing, term loans, and working capital facilities Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure cost-effective funding Monitor utilization and repayment schedules of credit lines Due diligence for infusion of equity and ECB Cash Flow & Liquidity Management Forecast short-term and long-term cash flows across multiple projects Ensure optimal cash positioning and intercompany fund transfers Manage daily treasury operations including payments, collections, and reconciliations Working Capital Optimization Analyze receivables, payables, and inventory cycles to improve cash conversion Implement strategies to reduce working capital requirements Collaborate with procurement and project teams to align payment terms Banking & Compliance Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and negotiate fee structures Ensure compliance with banking covenants and regulatory requirements Oversee treasury audits and internal control frameworks Risk Management Monitor foreign exchange exposures and implement hedging strategies Evaluate interest rate risks and recommend mitigation measures Education Required CA / CMA / MBA in Banking Experience Required 5-8 years of total experience in treasury management SAP Functional background Excellent negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills Technical Skills Required Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel mandatory) Seamlessly Coordinate With Other Business Functions Gradiant is an equal-opportunity employer Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class,
