Job Description

As a Manager, Treasury at Genpact, you will be responsible for various activities within the Treasury domain. Your role will involve handling operational reporting, preparing dashboards for MIS, and managing a team which includes tasks such as hiring, conducting discussions, providing feedback, and carrying out year-end appraisal discussions. In addition, you will be expected to address client management issues, drive process improvements, and work on quality projects. It will also be your responsibility to prepare, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and project-related documents, as well as plan resources and backups as per business requirements. You should be capable of preparing and executing Business Continuity Planning to mitigate risks and support new Treasury System Implementations. The qualifications we are looking for include relevant experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing Treasury/Banking Ops or Treasury Operations in reputed Corporate/Captive/Business Process set-up in the BFSI industry. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions, along with knowledge in Treasury/Finance/Forex. Proficiency in banking platforms such as Wall-street and Quantum, as well as MS Office, MS Excel, and Workday is required. Team management skills are mandatory, and willingness to work in US shift timings as well as on Indian Holidays is necessary. Candidates should also possess a valid passport for raising Bank accesses.
