Position summary - Site In-charge for heading entire site construction activities Role & responsibilities Lead for overall construction activities Leading entire construction team Client co-ordination and attending day to day activities. Understanding Contract documentation Smooth client co-ordination Interface between site and HO team for day to day works. Payment follows up and bill certification. Implementation of all safety compliances Contract closures Final reconciliation of contractor bills/Client bills/material reconciliation/excess materials identification and circulation to HO Maintaining site assets on regular basis (Once in 3 months) Should handle individual discipline construction activities in all respects. Responsible for overall construction activities (which includes all disciplines) HR and statolatry compliances need to fulfil based on clients requirement/regulation Construction bills certification/payment follow up from client side. Weekly review meetings with contractors and their evaluation Preferred candidate profile Residential Construction Manager with 15+years of experience from Water treatment industry. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Site BOQ preparation/verification on need basis Knowledge on HR compliances Labor Welfare Safety rules and regulation
