Residential Construction Manager Gradiant India Private Limited Chennai, India 5/18/25 Field Services Gradiant is a global solutions provider and developer of cleantech water projects Gradiant focus on industrial water solutions, water reuse, waste minimization, Minimum Liquid Discharge (MLD), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), and resource recovery of precious metals and minerals Our workforce, exceeding 1200 dedicated global employees, operates under the umbrella of Gradiant Corporation, based in USA, and regional headquarters, Gradiant International Holdings, located in Singapore, alongside 23 offices spanning across sixteen countries We take pride in our Global R&D Innovation Centre based in Singapore, which stands at the forefront of technological and environmental advancements Site In-charge for heading entire site construction activities Responsible for overall construction activities Leading entire construction team Client co-ordination for smooth progress and attending day-to-day activities Understanding Contract documentation Smooth client co-ordination Interface between site and HO team for day to day works Implementation of all safety compliances Contract closures Final reconciliation of contractor bills/Client bills/material reconciliation/excess materials identification and circulation to HO Maintaining site assets on regular basis (Once in 3 months) Ensure proper storage and material issue Preparation of work schedule and ensure circulation of DPR/WPR/MPR Should handle individual discipline construction activities in all respects HR and statolatry compliances need to be fulfilled based on clients requirement/regulation Construction bills certification/payment follow up from client side Weekly review meetings with contractors and their evaluation FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Degree KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Above 14 Years TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Site BOQ preparation/verification on need basis Knowledge on HR compliances Labor Welfare Safety rules and regulation Gradiant is an equal-opportunity employer Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class Show more Show less
