Our ideal candidates should be familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment. Job Summary: The Manager – Technology – UI will be responsible for building and designing front-end user interfaces, integrating them with backend applications, and writing code modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on UI/UX design and minimal knowledge as a full-stack developer. Required Skills Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular Experience in UI/UX design principles and best practices. Knowledge of integrating front-end designs with backend applications. Minimal knowledge of full-stack development, including backend technologies like python, REST services. Proficiency in version control systems like Git. Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of front-end user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Integrate front-end designs with backend applications to ensure smooth functionality. Write, review, and maintain code modules, ensuring high-quality and efficient code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Ensure compliance with best practices in UI/UX design, software development, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development or a similar role.
