Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Regional Collaboration

    : Collaborate with global technology teams, business leaders, and stakeholders across regions (US, EMEA, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and alignment of technology initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development

    : Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technology teams across the APAC region, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
  • Technology Operations

    : Oversee the day-to-day technology operations across the APAC region, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of systems that support business growth.
  • Cultural Awareness and Leadership

    : Lead with a deep understanding of the diverse cultures within the APAC region, adapting leadership styles and communication to effectively engage teams and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    : Act as a key point of contact between the regional business units and global technology teams, ensuring business needs are met while adhering to the company's global technology standards and practices.
  • Innovation and Best Practices

    : Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging them to drive innovation within the region while ensuring the use of best practices.
  • Change Management

    : Lead technology transformation initiatives in the region, driving change while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance

    : Ensure all technology initiatives in the APAC region comply with local regulations and industry standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Performance-Driven Culture

    : Cultivate a performance-driven environment that encourages accountability, continuous learning, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Requirements:

  • Education

    : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience

    :
  • 20+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience managing technology teams across multiple regions.
  • Proven experience working in both

    Asia Pacific and the United States

    , with a strong understanding of the cultural, regulatory, and operational differences between these regions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology initiatives and building high-performing teams.
