Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and manpower planning.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across production, merchandising, design, quality, and corporate functions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver within tight timelines.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, internal referrals, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
Manage external recruitment partners and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
Enhance employer branding and participate in industry networking events to attract top-tier talent.
Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and alignment with HR best practices.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
1215 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the
apparel manufacturing or export
sector.
Deep understanding of functional roles in apparel manufacturing – production, merchandising, sampling, quality, logistics, and compliance.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
