Manager - TA

As a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles. Your role will involve partnering with business leaders, driving campus hiring initiatives, maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely closure of positions, and utilizing innovative sourcing methods. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles across multiple functions. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to devise effective hiring strategies. - Drive campus hiring initiatives and maintain relationships with educational institutions. - Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and leadership teams. - Ensure timely closure of positions while upholding quality of hire and candidate experience. - Utilize innovative sourcing methods such as social media, networking, and employee referrals. - Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes in compliance with internal HR policies. - Track and present recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio. - Stay updated with industry hiring trends and conduct competitor analysis. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. - 10+ years of total experience with 6-10 years of relevant experience in Non-IT recruitment. - Proven expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. - Hands-on experience in campus hiring. - Strong stakeholder and business management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor role with a high sense of ownership.,
