Manager - TA (Talent Acquisition)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with
business heads
, conducting regular discussions on hiring needs and guiding direct reports.
Ensure a comprehensive
recruitment experience
for all hires within assigned departments by adhering to offer rollout timelines.
Ensure optimum use of
direct networking
channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and head-hunting for filling vacancies.
Responsible for the
end-to-end recruitment process
for relevant positions:
Sourcing and screening profiles.
Scheduling and conducting interviews.
Driving negotiations on CTC (Cost to Company) as per hiring guidelines.
Clarifying grade fitment.
Rolling out offer letters and ensuring successful joining of the hire.
Manage and promote
internal employee referral campaigns
to address specific resourcing needs, in coordination with the entire team.
Oversee
Data Vendor Management
.
Maintain the
TA MIS system
by preparing department-wise dashboards detailing recruitment figures and status of all open positions.
Identify and engage with
recruitment partners
, negotiate terms of service, and ensure alignment with the hiring policy.
