Manager - TA

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using Portals, databases, social media, Campus Placements and Job fairs etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members, ensuring they meet their set targets.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals.
• Forecast seasonal hiring needs by sales departments.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
