Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy Sourcing and attracting candidates by using Portals, databases, social media, Campus Placements and Job fairs etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement. Coaching and mentoring junior team members, ensuring they meet their set targets. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals. Forecast seasonal hiring needs by sales departments. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
