We are seeking a proactive Manager - TA (Talent Acquisition) to lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process. You will manage relationships with business heads, ensuring comprehensive recruitment experiences, and drive the effective use of direct networking and internal referral campaigns. This role involves full cycle recruitment, data vendor management, and maintaining detailed TA MIS. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage relationships with business heads , conducting regular discussions on hiring needs and guiding direct reports. Ensure a comprehensive recruitment experience for all hires within assigned departments by adhering to offer rollout timelines. Ensure optimum use of direct networking channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and head-hunting for filling vacancies. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for relevant positions: Sourcing and screening profiles. Scheduling and conducting interviews. Driving negotiations on CTC (Cost to Company) as per hiring guidelines. Clarifying grade fitment. Rolling out offer letters and ensuring successful joining of the hire. Manage and promote internal employee referral campaigns to address specific resourcing needs, in coordination with the entire team. Oversee Data Vendor Management . Maintain the TA MIS system by preparing department-wise dashboards detailing recruitment figures and status of all open positions. Identify and engage with recruitment partners , negotiate terms of service, and ensure alignment with the hiring policy. Skills: Good communication skills (oral and written). Strong stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment processes. Analytical skills for MIS reporting and data analysis. Negotiation skills for CTC discussions and vendor terms. Ability to drive initiatives and work collaboratively.
