Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to work closely with senior leadership on projects that shape business growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. The role is well-suited for professionals with experience in product thinking, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to plan and execute key business priorities, new initiatives, and process improvements.
• Bring a customer-first, product-oriented mindset to problem-solving and strategic planning.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new financial products or services, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making through performance tracking, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
• Support leadership with strategic presentations, investor communications, and internal documentation.

Key Qualifications

Must-have:

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy, product management, consulting, or go-to-market roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-changing, and ambiguous environments.

Good-to-have:

• Experience in fintech, digital payments, lending platforms, or financial services.
• Prior exposure to startups or technology-driven companies.
