Key Responsibilities:


1) Identify and acquire government-sponsored/CSR/impact projects.

2) Handle end-to-end tendering, proposal writing, and bid management.

3) Build and maintain relationships with government departments, ministries, and funding agencies.

4) Ensure project compliance, documentation, and timely reporting.

5) Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project approvals and implementation.

6) Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.

7) Follow up with authorities on submitted tenders and project approvals.

8) Oversee CSR activities and impact assessment of ongoing projects.


Qualification Required:


1) 8+ years of experience in government projects in education, skilling, or social impact sectors.

2) Strong exposure to tendering, bid management, and government liaisoning.

3) Proven ability to acquire and execute government funded projects.

4) Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

5) Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Public Policy, Development, or related fields.

6) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
