Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to partner with the CEO of a fast-growing cybersecurity-focused technology organization. The role involves driving high-impact projects, supporting strategic planning, and leading go-to-market efforts with a customer-centric mindset. This is ideal for professionals with experience in strategy, product management, or business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement key business priorities, new initiatives, and operational improvements
• Bring a product-thinking approach to strategic projects, focusing on customer experience and outcomes
• Lead go-to-market planning for new offerings, including research, positioning, pricing, and launch support
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure execution and alignment
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance data to guide strategic decisions
• Support leadership communications, including investor decks and executive presentations

Key Qualifications

Must-have:

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy, product management, consulting, or go-to-market roles
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments

Good-to-have:

• Prior experience in startups or rapidly scaling organizations
• Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions
