Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager – Digital Programs to lead and optimize digital initiatives for a major player in the financial services sector. The role focuses on driving credit card application growth through digital projects, innovation, and simplification of customer journeys while ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


Program & Project Management


  • Drive improvements in digital application channels, including document uploads, customer onboarding, and process simplification
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, risk, compliance, and fraud teams to implement and monitor changes on digital platforms
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new partners by coordinating with sourcing, legal, and technical teams
  • Define functional specifications and manage project execution within budget and timelines


Analytics & Performance Improvement


  • Analyze data from web traffic, customer interactions, and other analytics tools to identify areas for improving application throughput and customer experience
  • Explore opportunities to open or close segments, channels, products, or geographies to enhance business outcomes
  • Support budgeting and cost optimization efforts


Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition


  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across search, social, affiliate, and marketplace platforms to drive customer acquisition within budget
  • Enhance organic reach through SEO strategies and content optimization
  • Manage relationships with digital media agencies and oversee tools such as media optimizers and audience managers
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout campaigns


Key Qualifications


Must-have:

  • Experience in digital marketing and program management within financial services or related industries
  • Strong understanding of IT and sales processes relevant to customer acquisition and onboarding
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and execute projects effectively


Good-to-have:

  • MBA preferred or a graduate in any stream with relevant experience
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, conversion funnels, and digital analytics
  • Prior experience with performance marketing and SEO strategies
