Job Description

  • Tender Management: Identify, evaluate, and analyze tenders and RFPs for both Building and Railway projects to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge and manage strategic partnerships including Joint Ventures (JVs) to maximize project opportunities and collaboration.
  • Pre-Bid Processes: Lead the preparation of RFP queries, provide clarity to clients, and drive the pre-bid process with excellence.
  • Proposal Preparation: Oversee the preparation and submission of both technical and commercial proposals to ensure competitive edge and client satisfaction.
  • Work Orders & Billing: Draft work orders, manage contracts, and efficiently process consultant bills to ensure smooth execution and timely payments.
  • Strong business development and tendering experience in infrastructure or construction projects (preferably in Building, Railways, Road & T&D).
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-ups.
