Manager /Sr. Manager /AGM /General Manager Exports (Solar Power Products / Non Solar)

10+ years of proven experience in the Export

This role will be responsible for devising region-specific strategies, managing distributor relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring regulatory and market compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Strategy


    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Global Market
    • Identify new market opportunities, assess potential distributors, and establish long-term partnerships.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to shape local strategy.

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Achieve export sales targets across assigned geographies.
    • Drive product registrations and ensure compliance with local medical regulations
    • Lead key account management and participate in international exhibitions and conferences.

  • Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
    • Handle price negotiations, contract management, and distributor performance reviews.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
    • Act as the voice of the customer and bring market feedback to internal teams for product improvement.

  • Travel & Representation

    • Frequent travel to

      Global markets

      for business meetings, training, audits, and exhibitions.
    • Represent the company in trade delegations, government export forums, and industry events.
