Franchise Acquisition Manager School Segment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Acquisition:

    • Identify, approach, and evaluate potential franchise partners (school chains, private school owners, educational entrepreneurs).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the school segment.
  • Business Development:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the school franchise network in targeted regions.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competition, and potential franchise markets.
  • Franchise Onboarding:

    • Manage the end-to-end process of franchise acquisition, including presentations, negotiations, due diligence, and agreements.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and initial support to new franchisees, guiding them through brand processes and operations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Track franchise acquisition KPIs and regularly report to senior management.
    • Analyze acquisition performance and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in franchise acquisition strategy.
    • Coordinate with the training team to provide necessary training and operational support to new franchisees.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in franchise acquisition, business development, or sales in the education industry (preferably in the school segment).
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 school ecosystem and decision-making processes of school owners and operators.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in franchise acquisition, business development, or school sales roles.
  • Prior experience in the education sector (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
