Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
  
• Set performance targets and ensure consistent achievement through structured reviews and performance tracking.
  
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on partner success.
  

2. Partner Recruitment & Activation

• Oversee end-to-end partner sourcing, onboarding, and activation processes.
  
• Support the team in driving partner acquisition through digital and offline channels.
  
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities and platform familiarization.
  

3. Development & Conversion

• Monitor lead flow, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
  
• Identify opportunities for business growth through partner engagement.
  
• Drive accountability across the team for meeting activation and revenue targets.
  
• Train new team members on product knowledge, sales processes, and CRM tools.
  
• Conduct regular refreshers on Wealthys value proposition and product suite.
  
• Share market insights and feedback to enhance recruitment strategies.
  

4. Reporting & Process Adherence

• Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates for all partner activities.
  
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, business ethics, and regulatory norms.
  
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to HOD and Management
  

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  
• 36 years of experience in

  team handling, sales, business development, or partner recruitment

  , preferably in

  financial services, fintech, or mutual fund distribution

  .
• Proven ability to manage targets and lead sales teams effectively.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  CRM systems, Excel, and digital sales tools
