Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, located in Junagadh City. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Tasks include developing strategies for growth, maintaining compliance with company policies, and ensuring the efficient execution of health insurance processes and procedures.
