Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve regional sales targets for built-in appliances through effective channel management.
  • Identify and appoint new trade partners, kitchen dealers, and OEM accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, OEMs, and interior architects.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and channel performance.

2. Channel Development & Management

  • Ensure effective engagement and motivation of trade partners through schemes, product training, and marketing support.
  • Work closely with OEM partners to ensure timely order closures, product availability, and after-sales coordination.
  • Strengthen relationships with leading interior designers and architects to promote built-in appliances as part of their kitchen solutions.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute regional marketing activities such as product demos, trade meets, influencer engagement, and display setups.
  • Support retail and dealer showrooms with visual merchandising and branding materials.
  • Drive digital and offline awareness for the brand in collaboration with the marketing team.

4. Product & Technical Expertise

  • Maintain sound knowledge of built-in appliances, features, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct product training sessions for dealers, architects, and internal sales teams.
  • Provide technical inputs and recommendations for kitchen layouts involving built-in appliances.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, projects, and design teams for effective lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales achievement vs. target (monthly/quarterly/annual)
  • Channel expansion & retention rate
  • OEM and architect engagement count
  • Market share growth in assigned region
  • Customer satisfaction and service feedback

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification:

    Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
  • Experience:

    610 years in sales of built-in appliances / kitchen products / consumer durables / modular furniture industry/building material/ premium product
  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong network with trade, OEMs, and design community
    • Good understanding of kitchen design & appliance integration
    • Strategic thinking and team coordination abilities
