Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct regular

    field visits across Telangana

    to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Approach and engage

    B2B clients

    , focusing on bulk buyers, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Set up meetings

    with high-value clients such as

    D-Mart, Ratnadeep, and other large retail chains

    .
  • Process and follow up on leads generated from multiple channels, including:
    • Website inquiries
    • Emails
    • WhatsApp Marketing
    • IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other digital platforms
    • Direct calls and physical visits
  • Visit qualified leads at advanced stages of negotiation to support

    deal closures

    .
  • Follow up with

    previous clients

    and re-engage missed opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with

    clients acquired by you

    (Account Management).
  • Upsell and cross-sell other

    products and services

    of the company.
  • Focus on securing

    bulk orders, contract deals, and long-term partnerships

    .
  • Assist the company in setting up and managing

    distributors and wholesalers

    in Tier-2 and Tier-3 districts of Telangana.
  • Execute

    WhatsApp and Email Marketing campaigns

    , driving product visibility and engagement with innovative messaging.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Competitor Tracking

    Gather insights on competitor pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies to identify business opportunities.
  2. Reporting & Sales Tracking

    Maintain detailed records of leads, sales pipeline, and client interactions; provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  3. Exhibitions & Trade Events

    – Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand presence and generate leads.
  4. Collections & Payments Follow-Up

    – Support in ensuring timely payments from clients, particularly for bulk/contract orders.
  5. Client Feedback & Product Input

    – Collect and share client feedback on product quality, packaging, and service for continuous improvement.
  6. Distributor Relationship Building

    – Provide sales support, marketing materials, and schemes to strengthen distributor and wholesaler partnerships.
  7. Sales Targets & Incentives

    – Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets with performance-based incentives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in

    B2B or field sales

    (FMCG, food industry, or related sectors preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute

    sales visits and client meetings

    .
  • Familiarity with

    digital lead platforms

    (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) and

    marketing tools

    (WhatsApp Business, Email campaigns).
  • Goal-driven with the ability to deliver

    bulk and contract sales

    .
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana.
