Role & responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential B2B customers (retailers, dry fruit traders, distributors). Make cold calls to prospects and maintain a high conversion ratio. Identify potential clients in assigned territories and build strong long-term relationships. Promote and explain our product range (CASHEW KERNELS) with confidence and product knowledge. Handle client inquiries, share quotations, and close orders effectively. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain daily reports on calls made, visits done, and outcomes. Collect market feedback and keep management informed of market trends and competitor activities. Work closely with the logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
